This is a pressure-free opportunity for us to connect before you even step foot in the clinic. Step 1: What we talk about: 1. Suitability Check: We’ll discuss the areas you wish to target (such as the jawline, stomach, or thighs) and your overall health history to ensure Aqualyx is the right biological fit for you. 2. Expectation Management: We’ll give you an honest appraisal of what Aqualyx can achieve for your specific body type and outline a realistic timeline for your results. 3. Bespoke Pricing: Based on our chat, we will customise a package that works for your goals and budget if needed, and confirm your in-person appointment date. 4. Session Planning: We will confirm exactly how many sessions you are likely to need (typically 2–5 for smaller areas or 3–8 for larger ones). Step 2: The In-Person Clinical Assessment Once you arrive at our London clinic, we transition from the "what" to the "how." This is where our medical expertise ensures your safety and precision. The "Pinch Test": We perform a physical evaluation of the subcutaneous fat in your target area to confirm there is enough localised tissue for a successful treatment. Mapping & Marking: We mark the targeted area to create a precise "grid" over the treatment zone. This ensures the Aqualyx® is distributed evenly for a smooth, symmetrical contour. Skin Elasticity Check: We assess your skin’s natural snap-back to ensure that as the fat dissolves, your skin will contract beautifully for a firm finish. Step 3: Your Bespoke Treatment Roadmap No two bodies are the same, so no two treatment plans should be either. Before we begin, we’ll walk you through your personalised roadmap: The Aftercare Briefing: We’ll provide you with your essential "Fat-Flushing" guide, including hydration tips and activity restrictions, so you know exactly how to support your body’s recovery.

Cancellation Policy

Choose from Aqualyx® fat dissolving and/or SQT® Bio-microneedling. You can treat areas like one chin, both underarms, ‘man boobs’, lower or upper belly, waistline, love handles, inner/outer thighs, hips, or knees. Treatments are carried out by a practitioner who keeps up with the latest techniques. Where & When I’m based in Greenwich, London. Hours are limited and strictly by appointment: Mon–Thurs: Closed Fri, Sat, Sun: 8:30am–10am Monthly clinics: Sat 10am–5pm First come, first served. By booking, you’re agreeing to the following terms: Consultations All appointments start with a free remote consultation to check if Aqualyx® or SQT® is rit for you. No wasted journeys—if it’s not suitable, I’ll tell you upfront. Pricing Prices are based on average body size. If you might benefit from an extra vial, I’ll discuss that with you first (£50 per extra vial, totally optional). Treatment Areas Chin, arms, ‘man boobs’, bra bulges, back fat, belly, love handles, hips, thighs, and knees—all are options. Treatment Time Each session takes about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area. Risks & Complications You might notice swelling, bruising, redness, or feel a bit sore. There’s a small risk of allergy or infection. You’ll get honest advice about what’s likely and what’s not. Aftercare No shower or cosmetics for 12 hours. Take it easy—no heavy workouts for 5–7 days. Stick to a healthy diet and avoid direct heat or sun while you’re still red or swollen. Treatments Not Suitable If You’re pregnant or breastfeeding Serious allergies or autoimmune issues Diabetes or certain skin diseases in the treated area On blood thinners Covid Precautions To keep us both safe, allow 3 weeks between any Covid vaccination and your treatment. Lateness If you’re 10 minutes late, there’s a £10 fee. 15 minutes late, £15 fee. More than 15 minutes late, appointment cancelled and deposit lost. Deposits & Refunds A £50 deposit is needed to secure your spot. It’s non-refundable, but you can move your appointment once with at least 72 hours’ notice. Less than 72 hours, or a no-show, and the deposit is lost. Cancellations If you cancel, the deposit isn’t refunded. Want to rearrange? Do it at least 72 hours before your booking. Payments Bank transfer or cash accepted on the day. Please sort your payment before the treatment starts. Card payments available for £200 and above.
